At HOLA DATA, our mission is to empower the Latin and Hispanic community within the data center and mission-critical industry. Through our comprehensive programs in education, mentorship, and career opportunities, we are dedicated to fostering growth, leadership, and success for our community members.

We are developing innovative educational programs designed specifically for the Latin and Hispanic community, providing not only technical training and industry-specific knowledge but also essential soft skills development, all while offering scholarship opportunities to make learning accessible for our community.

Mentorship

Our mentorship program, IMPACTO, pairs experienced professionals with mentees, focusing on career development, networking, and skill enhancement to foster growth and leadership.

Opportunities

We create job placement and internship opportunities, organize networking events, and advocate for diversity and inclusion within the data center and mission-critical industry.
